Lopez Island is home to one private campground and two state parks that allow overnight camping. The state parks have over 160 acres to explore on the hiking trails. Lopez Farm Cottages and Tent Camping is the only campground with showers and was featured on MSNBC as "one of the 10 favorite places to woo in the United States."

Prices for camping on Lopez Island start at around $39 for gourmet camping or $20 for camping at the state parks. Reservations for both should be made early in the spring to avoid disappointment. Lopez Island is popular amongst bicycle enthusiasts because of its serene country setting and easy to ride topography.
