Bicycling Charters Workshops Fishing Sea Kayaking Shopping Whale Watching Parks and recreational Horseback riding is safe and fun for the whole family and romantic for couples!

One of the only problems you'll have on your visit to the San Juans is going to be "not enough time." A weekend just isn't enought to see all the islands have to offer. It doesn't matter if you are on a very tight budget or have tons of money to spend you will be able to find plenty of places to see, stores to shop, and views to take in. Two lane country roads lead you past local farms, artisan studios, vineyards, state and national parks, rocky bluffs, sandy beaches, and wind back to island villages.

History buffs and curious parents can check out the museums of Friday Harbor ( San Juan Island ) and Eastsound ( Orcas Island ). Find out which major players in the story of "The Pig War" made their mark in other pivotal moments of US history. Allow the park rangers to take you back to a time when the British Crown and the United States went to war over the San Juan Islands.

Aspiring or professional photographers can overload their memory sticks with lighthouses, snowcapped mountains, breaching whales, and lavender fields.

Like I said... lots to do and so little time.... click on one of the activity buttons above to start planning your trip.
